Want to know the science behind this chocolate jewels? Unlike most gemstones, which are made from a complex mixture of minerals, these gems started their lives as individual white and dark chocolate drops, which fused together as they were slowly heated in rotating copper pans.

High in cocoa, these Chocolate Gemstones have a wonderfully deep cocoa taste, which is lightened with a hint of creamy white chocolate. We always keep the cocoa content high in our dark, milk and white chocolate to allow you to taste all of the multi-layered flavours of the cocoa bean – anything less and you might lose some of its nuanced notes.
